Tutorial on Community Networks and Clouds at the IEEE GLOBAL HUMANITARIAN TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE 2013

CLOMMUNITY consortium partner ICTP presents a tutorial at the  IEEE GLOBAL HUMANITARIAN TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE (GHTC 2013) entitled BUILDING AFFORDABLE COMMUNITY NETWORKS.

The tutorial aims to cover the way from how to move from the initial building of wireless networks in universities, schools, villages to provide Internet access using wireless network technologies to the next step, a collective sharing of cloud-based resources in community networks, illustrated by use cases of the CLOMMUNITY project.
